Mr. Koomer is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of UCLA, and a 1968 graduate of the University of Southern California School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, Note and Comment Editor of the Southern California Law Review, and co-chairman of the Moot Court program. Previously, Mr. Koomer served as head of litigation at a national law firm. Mr. Koomer specializes in employment litigation and counseling and litigation in the areas of fiduciary law, business and real estate. He has lectured extensively in the employment and real estate areas. He has represented Fortune 500 companies in a variety of state and federal courts, arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Koomer was voted a Southern California Super Lawyer by Los Angeles Magazine in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.
