Mr. Koomer is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of UCLA, and a 1968 graduate of the University of Southern California School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, Note and Comment Editor of the Southern California Law Review, and co-chairman of the Moot Court program. Previously, Mr. Koomer served as head of litigation at a national law firm. Mr. Koomer specializes in employment litigation and counseling and litigation in the areas of fiduciary law, business and real estate. He has lectured extensively in the employment and real estate areas. He has represented Fortune 500 companies in a variety of state and federal courts, arbitrations and mediations. Most recently, Mr. Koomer was named one of Southern California’s Super Lawyers by Los Angeles Magazine.
