Mr. Finkel is a 1980 graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Finkel practiced for many years at the Los Angeles office of Proskauer, Rose LLP, a national and international law firm. Mr. Finkel practices business tort litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and business litigation with an emphasis in construction and real estate litigation.

Mr. Koomer is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of UCLA, and a 1968 graduate of the University of Southern California School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, Note and Comment Editor of the Southern California Law Review, and co-chairman of the Moot Court program. Previously, Mr. Koomer served as head of litigation at a national law firm. Mr. Koomer specializes in employment litigation and counseling and litigation in the areas of fiduciary law, business and real estate. He has lectured extensively in the employment and real estate areas. He has represented Fortune 500 companies in a variety of state and federal courts, arbitrations and mediations. Most recently, Mr. Koomer was named one of Southern California's Super Lawyers by Los Angeles Magazine.

Mr. Zimmermann is a 1977 graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. After law school, Mr. Zimmermann clerked for the Honorable Clarke E. Stephens of the California Court of Appeal. In addition to being an experienced trial and appellate lawyer, Mr. Zimmermann has subspecialties in business tort, real estate litigation, insurance litigation and equine law.

Mr. Frisbee is a 1998 graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was a student body governor and a member of the Committee on Sports and Entertainment law. Prior to law school, he was the 1995 Business College Graduate of the Year (Summa Cum Laude) at the University of Arizona, where he was also a varsity baseballplayer and twice the recipient of an All-American student-athlete award. Mr. Frisbee’s practice specializes in general corporate and transactional matters, with further niche expertise in electronic and transactional litigation discovery matters. He represents numerous corporate clients, both small and large, including a preeminent close protection security firm in Los Angeles, a world-renowned distributor of cigars and clothing, and a manufacturer of convenience store products. His specific areas of corporate expertise include, but are not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and securities.
